Win & Pay Securely
When you win a lot, payment is held in escrow via Stripe — one of the world’s most trusted payment processors. Your money is never released to the seller until you confirm delivery.
Receive & Confirm
The seller ships your wine using an approved courier. Once you confirm receipt and condition, funds are released. If anything isn’t right, our resolution team steps in — your payment is always protected.
