Registration is free and takes under 2 minutes. Simply provide your email address and create a password. You can browse all lots without an account — but you’ll need to register to place a bid.

Every lot is photographed, described in detail and reviewed by our team before going live. You’ll see the current bid, time remaining, number of bids, storage location and full provenance notes for each lot.

Place your bid

Enter your maximum bid — the system will bid on your behalf up to that amount. You’ll be notified immediately if you’re outbid. Bids are binding — only bid what you’re prepared to pay.

Win the auction

When the auction closes you’ll receive an email confirming your winning bid and the total amount due (hammer price + 12.5% buyer’s premium). Payment must be completed within 48 hours via our secure Stripe checkout.

Receive your wine

Your payment is held in escrow — the seller cannot access it until you confirm delivery. Once you receive your wine, inspect it and confirm. Funds are released to the seller and your purchase is complete.

Submit your lot

Click List Wine and complete our submission form. Provide as much detail as possible — wine name, vintage, format, storage, fill level, provenance and photographs. The more information you provide, the better your result.

We review within 24hrs

Our team reviews every lot for provenance, condition and accuracy. We may contact you for additional information. Once approved, your lot is scheduled for the next available auction.

Your lot goes live

Bidders compete in real time during the auction period. If your reserve is met, the lot sells to the highest bidder. If not, no charge — you can relist at a lower reserve or withdraw.

Ship to the buyer

Once payment is confirmed in escrow, ship the wine using an approved specialist courier. For bonded wines, we can arrange a change of ownership record with the warehouse.

Receive payment within 7 days

Once the buyer confirms receipt, escrowed funds are released and you receive the hammer price minus our 12.5% commission — paid directly to your bank account within 7 days.
